Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy of Angelic Pleasures

1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, once an item leaves our warehouse it is considered used, and therefore ineligible for return, refund or exchange due to health and safety concerns. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Intimate apparel and lingerie
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Angelicpleasures1@gmail.com Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is officially posted. 6. Shipping Costs for Returns
